Ricky comes from the capital of Estonia – Tallinn.
Crown up on 80’s. Got lot of influence from that time big thing MTV. Loves music with wide range of genres: funk / jazz / soul / house / progressive / techno / drum’n’base. As dj sticks into house mostly. Spinns in the clubs and venues already more than 15 years, so he has gone thru the time with tapes, vinyls, cd’s, computers and some other funky gear.
Describes hes taste – music with character. Always with some groovy rhythms, funky baselines and harmonic themes. Just some empty loops don’t do for hem. Doe’s often sets with live preforming artists. Has been resident for the venues like Defected In The House warm up, Cabrio, Studio 2054, Club Life, Fashion Avenue, L.I.F.T., Baila, BarGrooves, Soul System and list goes on.
Worked and collaborated for the different radio stations at the moment check out Dave Storm Cabrio radio show where every second Friday @ SSRadioUK and Sunday @ Ibiza Global Radio and Danceradio Lv is behind the wheels Ricky hemself. Hes proud to be a part of the small estonian house music commuinity among with Rulers Of The Deep / Cylon / Broken Time Orchestra / Dave Storm / Spin Science / Kyka / Chris Mil / Widensky and few others ...
Started produce music just few years back. Last year 2009 Ricky opened his gallery of releases with fine success gathering really warm feedback and great attention by well known names like: Roger Sanchez, Dj. Chus, Jody Wisternoff, Richard Earnshaw & Spiritchaser, Da Funk, Rulers Of The Deep, Michael Fossati, Will Marshall, Tom Morgan, Blacksoul, Neil Quigley, Add2Basket, Boddhi Satva, Morten Trust, Steve Mill, Third Floor Tiger, Raymundo Rodriguez … etc.
So far collaborated with labels like: Ceremony, Cabrio, Dyami, Brown Eyed Boyz, Deepology, Aquamarine, SpaceWalker, Nellie, Add2Basket, Cromarti. He’s own production and remixes have been played out loud a gross the globe in every continent by big names and small bed room dudes. Seems like this year has been even busyer.
